Scott Goes to Swizterland

Scott was invited to visit an international culinary hotel management school in Brig Switzerland. Casar Ritz Schools of Switzerland provided an all expenses paid trip including a day of wine tasting and site seeing. It was a very impressive institution that offers diplomas through to Masters of International Hotel Management.
